The Quintet Financial Wealth Accelerator Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is open and available to anyone aged 18 and above who is not employed by David Gunter t/a Quintet Financial (“Quintet Financial”) in the United Kingdom (“You”).

Quintet Financial will provide a gift card to those eligible under the Scheme upon a successful referral.

The Program starts at 00:01 on 21 February 2024 and continues until the Program is no longer available or otherwise withdrawn in accordance with section 5 of these Scheme Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

First, you must register as an affiliate, by completing the form on our website (link). The, You can make a referral by providing the contact information of an individual or couple that you think would benefit from our Wealth Accelerator service (the “Candidate”). The Candidate’s details can be provided by any means, but we recommend sending them by email to mark.gunter@quintetfs.co.uk.

Following the referral, the Candidate must:

• be based in the UK;
• invest at least £10,000.00 with Quintet Financial (in partnership with Open Advice) through our Wealth Accelerator offering;
• sign a Quintet Financial Services & Payment Agreement;
• remain a Quintet Financial Wealth Accelerator client for no less than twelve months;

You will not be considered to have made a referral where the potential Candidate:

• is based outside of the UK;
• is already a Quintet Financial client;
• has already had their information provided to Quintet Financial prior to your referral;

NOTE: it is Your obligation to get consent from any Candidate that you may refer to us, prior to submitting their details to Us. You will not have made a referral if You fail to get the consent of any Candidate that You refer to Us.

Referrers whose applications or orders are not successful or whose orders are not accepted within the Offer Period are not eligible and cannot participate.

If You make a successful referral, You will receive a gift card to the value of 0.10% of the Candidate’s initial invested amount.

For example, for a Candidate investing an initial £100,000.00 to the Quintet Financial Wealth Accelerator offering, assuming a successful referral according to these Terms and Conditions, You will receive a gift card worth £100.00.

Gift card values will be rounded down from the amount invested in increments of £10. So, for example, if the Candidate invests an initial £49,000.00, You will receive a gift card worth £40.00.

The gift card can be for Amazon or John Lewis, whichever You prefer.

None of the benefits of the Scheme can be redeemed for cash. There is no maximum number of referrals You can make.

Quintet Financial reserves the right to deny, withhold, revoke, withdraw or amend this Program at our sole discretion at any time on reasonable notice. Contracts must be entered into within the Program Period and, in any event, before the Program is withdrawn. If we withdraw this Program, we will include an update confirming this at the top of these terms and conditions.

The Program can only be redeemed as stated in these Terms & Conditions. Promotional credit cannot be transferred. There are no cash alternatives.

These promotional terms apply in addition to the Quintet Financial Terms of Business & Client Agreement.

The availability of this Program in conjunction with any other promotion will be left to the discretion of Quintet Financial.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the rules of this scheme, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the scheme, the decision of Quintet Financial shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
